APPALOOSA might be the most beautiful variety we grew this year. Their striking color pattern goes from ivory on one end to purple mocha on the other... A work of art in itself! APPALOOSA beans can be used similarly to kidney or pinto, making them a prime candidate for a beautiful soup or chili!
