KENTUCKY BUTCHER CORNMEAL AND GRITS

KENTUCKY BUTCHER is a prolific heirloom corn that produces a diverse array of large multi colored ears. We grow, dry, shuck, and shell this corn by hand before stone grinding it in our 1970's Magic Mill. The result is a fine cornmeal that makes beautiful pinkish blue hued cornbread and out of this world grits.
